The maintenance company, EuroMaint Industry, has acquired EISAB Energi and Industriservice AB in Vänersborg.

The acquisition enhances EuroMaint Industry's presence within the power and energy sector and establishes an important foundation for further geographic expansion in Southern Sweden.

"EuroMaint has an ambitious growth strategy that is based on the acquisition or development of activities in a number of important industry segments.  The power industry is a growth industry with good opportunities for effective, independent technical maintenance," says Ole Kjörrefjord, President and CEO of EuroMaint.

EISAB has 35 employees with a turnover of SEK 129 million. The company offers the installation, repair and maintenance of waste incineration plants and other cogeneration plants.  The company operates mainly in the Västra Götaland region and Southern Sweden.

"With the acquisition of EISAB, EuroMaint Industry is advancing further into the power and energy industry. EISAB is well positioned in its market, and we see great opportunities to expand the business, as well as to continue to develop and complement our customer offering. The acquisition also represents a considerable strengthening of EuroMaint Industry's presence in Western and Southern Sweden," says Nicklas Falk, CEO of EuroMaint Industry.

"EISAB has made a remarkable journey since it began just over four years ago.  EuroMaint Industry will provide additional services, increased resources and a wealth of maintenance expertise – vital ingredients for the continued expansion of our business," says Bo Bengtsson, CEO and partner in EISAB.

EuroMaint Industry will take over the business on 24 June.
