EuroMaint Industry has signed an agreement with Fortum Värme regarding the takeover of sheet metal, welding and forging operations from the company.
The operations currently employ 17 people, who carry out maintenance work at Fortum Värme’s power and heating plants.
The takeover involves EuroMaint Industry establishing itself in Stockholm and strengthening its presence within a strategically important customer segment.
