EuroMaint Rail has received an additional order from Norway's Jernbaneverket, strengthening its position in the Norwegian market for the maintenance of rolling stock.
"It is very gratifying that we have extended our partnership with Jernbaneverket. The Norwegian market for the maintenance of rolling stock is strategically important for EuroMaint Rail and we intend to increase our presence in Norway further," says Mats Önner, CEO of EuroMaint Rail.
The commission means that EuroMaint Rail's personnel will carry out scheduled and corrective maintenance on more than 30 of Jernbaneverket's machines located at the customer's premises, as well as through field services at various locations throughout Norway.
"It is very important for Jernbaneverket that we allow other suppliers into the Norwegian market. EuroMaint Rail was a natural choice for us, partly because of their expertise within the maintenance of machinery but also because of their geographical location and proximity to Oslo," says Even Fyrileiv, Head of Maintenance at Jernbaneverket.
