Euromaint takes a strategic decision to focus its operations on maintenance of trains and sells its subsidiary Euromaint Industry to Coor Service Management.

2010
At the beginning of the year Euromaint Rail completes the acquisition of German RSM Group. Euromaint Rail takes over the maintenance of SJ's X40 trains in Västerås. Euromaint Industry takes over operations from Fortum Värme and thus establishes itself in a strategically important customer segment, and in Stockholm as a city.
2009
Euromaint acquires Germany's largest independent maintenance company for rolling stock, RSM Group. With this acquisition, Euromaint Rail becomes Europe’s largest independent maintenance player for the rail transport sector, with facilities in Germany, Poland, the Netherlands and Belgium. Skandiatransport's maintenance workshop for rolling stock in Landskrona was also acquired during the year.
Euromaint Industry establishes operations in Huskvarna thanks to a takeover of Husqvarna’s maintenance and tool workshops. The company also acquires EISAB Energi och Industriservice AB in Vänersborg.
2008
Euromaint Rail establishes a component workshop in Jelgava, Latvia. Euromaint Industry takes over operations from Stora Enso and Husqvarna.
2007
Euromaint acquired by Ratos AB.
2006
Euromation changes its name to Euromaint Industry and establishes itself in Åmål and Gävle. Euromaint AB forms a maintenance group with two subsidiaries, Euromaint Rail and Euromaint Industry.
2005
Euromaint acquires Euromation AB, one of Sweden's leading companies within production streamlining for the manufacturing industry, from Volvo AB and Volvo Trucks.
2003
Operations restructured and several workshops divested.
2001
The public service company, Statens Järnvägar, is split up into six companies. SJ Maskindivision becomes Euromaint.
